UES Renovation I

This 2,500 SF apartment hadn’t been touched in several decades and still had it’s original white GE appliances. To make a home for a family of four, the apartment was gutted and fully renovated. It has three bedrooms, five bathrooms, a large living room, den, dining room and office. With expansive east and west exposures, the home is beautifully daylight from morning to night. DXA was responsible for the design as well as FFE.

I prepared the filing set, handled co-op approvals, and was responsible for Construction Administration.
