Grand Street

This former commercial building was converted to a four-story single family home with a show garage. As part of the design team, I detailed interior millwork, including primary bedroom canopy, window trim and roller shade fit-out, recreation room and guest suite, lobby paneling with concealed closets, wet bar, and wine storage.
