UES Multifamily - Interiors

This 34-story luxury high-rise rental development was completed in 2025. DXA led interior design and FFE for the common areas, amenity spaces, and model units. The project has robust millwork, metals, and lighting packages that provide drama and elevate shared amenities while ensuring durability and timeless design.

This project was done in Revit. My responsibilities included helping prepare the CD set, specifically millwork and lighting details, and Construction Administration.
