UES Multifamily - Interiors

This 34-story luxury high-rise rental development was completed in 2025. Hill|West was the architect. The team I was part of at DXA led interior design for the entire project and FFE for the common areas, amenity spaces, and model units. The project has robust millwork, metals, and lighting packages that provide drama and elevate shared amenities while ensuring durability and timeless design.

This project was developed in Revit. My responsibilities included helping prepare the Interiors CD set, specifically millwork and lighting details, and construction administration.
