Ansonia Loft

This home for a family of four is in a converted clock factory in the heart of brownstone Brooklyn. The existing kitchen was divided into two spaces awkwardly placed around two columns. We relocated the rear wall to open up the space which also made room for a bank of large closets in the master bedroom. High-end appliances, Caesarstone countertops, and custom cabinet doors from Semihandmade dress up IKEA cabinets. The project was done on a very aggressive timeline and included adding a third bedroom, upgrades to the hydronic heating, new master bath, and new floors throughout.
